Our latest tinting installation near Ottery St Mary featured the application of two distinct Solargard Sterling window films aimed at minimizing curtain fading and alleviating summer heat. Additionally, our customer preferred not to obstruct all the winter sunlight to ensure the room remained bright and inviting.

The Solargard Sterling series is one of our most popular films for residential properties, offering a wide range of options – from lightly tinted, hardly noticeable from the inside, to darker films that provide a greater degree of protection against heat and glare.

For the apex window, we applied a Sterling 50 film that effectively blocks additional heat and 99% of UV rays. For the lower windows, we utilized Sterling 60, which rejects 52% of solar energy, reduces glare by 44%, and provides 99% UV protection.

Main windows are fitted with Solargard Sterling 60, which offers moderate heat reduction while allowing maximum natural light. This film features a subtle tint that is barely noticeable from the interior, providing a soft, neutral appearance on the exterior, along with 99% UV protection and a 12-year warranty.

Apex Window fitted with Solargard Sterling 50 provides substantial heat and glare reduction, added privacy, and ample natural light. This film is lightly tinted, hardly noticeable from the inside, with a subtle reflective finish outside, offering 99% UV protection and a 12-year warranty.
