Legal Tints Insurance Approved
All Devon Window Tinting film installations comply with the current regulations set out by VOSA.
If you are a tinting company – You must not modify, or offer to supply, a part that when fitted to a vehicle means that it does not comply with Construction & Use Regulations.
There are no rules for tinting the rear windscreen or rear passenger windows.
Having a tinted film installed to the drivers and passengers front windows will invalidate your insurance!
Insurance companies in the UK will not insure you if you tell them the front windows have been tinted. If you don’t tell them, in the event of an accident if it is found that a tint has been installed they will not pay out.
We remove the illegal tints other companies continue to install. Please contact us if you have been advised to have your window film removed.
