Tractor Safety Film Test

Recently we applied Hanita 4Mil safety film to a number of tractor glasses to increase the safety aspect when working. Normally when a tractor glass shatters due to flying debris or a stone, the glass explodes and sends fragments flying through the cab increasing the risk of injury to the driver and anyone nearby.

This window received some sort of impact causing the glass to shatter completely. With our safety film applied not only did it stop the glass fragments exploding but it also kept the window fully intact.

If you require a safety film for your tractor or any other plant / agricultural vehicle contact Devon Window Tinting on 01626 445186

We supply and fit a wide range of Safety and Security films along with Anti- Graffiti films to reduce the risk of injury and meet BS EN 12600 (formerly BS6206).

As you can see from the picture the window remained intact with all the toughened glass fragments held securely in place. This prevents injury to the cab occupants and anyone nearby.
